Our Return Policy ensures that you have a clear understanding of how we handle returns at Rare Plant Haven. For non plant items (pots, unopened containers) and accessories it is 10 days. Please keep in mind we do not cover return shipping costs associated with your purchase.
Plant Items Return Policy
Unfortunately, we typically do not allow the return of plants or items made with plants due to the nature of these products. Once a plant or plant-related item has been shipped, we cannot control the conditions it is exposed to, hence we cannot accept returns.
Even though we do not allow the return of plants as a practice we can work with you if you do the following and have a plant purchase related concern as our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and make things right when we can.
- Please take a video of the plant as you unbox it
- Do not remove the plant from its shipped in container
